Problem
The current UI/UX Design is missing most of the design practices which would make it more usable and visually appealing. Specifically: iconography, typography & hierarchical consistency. alongside some minor issues, like button states and sizes.
Solution
I started with refining the existing designs, implementing iconography, typography, and hierarchical consistency to ensure each design screen is within the design style intended for the app in the first place. while using the components throughout the design for consistency.
Overview
My role in this project was to lead the dedicated IOS app UI/UX re-design. Come up with different design ideas, and high-fidelity prototypes, account for accessibility and iterate on designs. keep the client updated on each step for the project's best outcome.

Interface and User Flow
I started refining user flow alongside the interface to ensure users have a pleasant experience using the app from both UI and UX points of view. refining the registration process for the client's version of the app.
Iconography, Typography & Hierarchy
After refining and iterating on the design, I used a linear set of icons to fit the design style, an SF pro typeface to make users get familiar with the app faster, and a visual hierarchy for clarity and scannability.

Appointments - Calendar & Agenda View
Button states needed to be refined to fit the design style and be consistent throughout the whole design, so I designed 2 states of the buttons, primary and secondary, used as CTA buttons.
Settings - Barber & Client Section
The Barber section needed options for the barber to choose the working schedule, services, and prices. while the client section was for barbers to see the client list, from new to top, and filter through them.

Final UI/UX Design
After a few revisions from the client's side, we got to come up with final designs, which will be used for barbers to book a visit. and for clients to choose the services they want and when they want them while being able to see upcoming visits on the dashboard, on the calendar view.
